About Event
The Blazing Fiddles have held a summer-long residency at ‘The Grand River Dinner Cruises’ for over 10 years. They have entertained more than 350,000 people and performed for audiences across Canada. If you believe in leprechauns, like the colour green, or just want to enjoy an energetic show with duelling violins, piano, cello and spoon playing, then this is for you. We will celebrate everything Irish and have you tapping your feet!
About Event
Chris started playing piano at age 2. Most of his adult life has seen him perform, write, or arrange music. He has performed with notable musicians such as BB King, The Tragically Hip and Tom Jones. He is also a social justice activist and founder of the Pros and Cons Program, a registered charity which brings music into prisons to support inmates’ healing and rehabilitation, giving them an invaluable platform to connect through music. Through his label Wolfe Island Records, Chris creates musical works for charities and continues to perform with Kate Fenner and the Open Hearts Society band.
